This is a deacon sponsored ministry designed to help needy people with a food basket. (These people must be recommended by a church member.) This special ministry occurs in December of every year. 

During the year, our Deacon Ministry is quite active in ministering to the sick, the needy, and in "coming along side" of other ministry areas at First Baptist Church. Our deacons truly have a servants' spirit.
